Junior UX Researcher for the Avito Design Bootcamp program: a year-long program for growth from intern to middle level, tackling real business challenges within Avito product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative (in-depth interviews, usability testing) and quantitative research (UX Feedback surveys, unmoderated usability tests)
- Formulate recommendations for improving user experience based on research results
- Participate in the implementation of research findings into the product
- Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities in products and initiate research
- Assist in establishing research processes within teams
Requirements:
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week remotely or in a hybrid format
- Experience conducting research within academic projects (primarily qualitative research)
- Knowledge of the methodological foundation of qualitative and quantitative research
- Focus on practical results
- Ability to gather all necessary incoming information for work
- Adherence to deadlines, ability to plan workload
- Communication skills, ability to build communication in a simple and clear manner
