We are GigaChat Alignment. We are building a platform that gives ML engineers and researchers full control over the model lifecycle. Our service maintains a registry of models and their metadata, orchestrates the launch of training jobs, and tracks the entire experiment path from dataset preparation and tokenization through pretraining to final quality metrics. We eliminate gaps between training stages and make every experiment reproducible.
Responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of existing ML pipelines, ensuring their stable operation.
- Development and support of a role-based access service for users and services.
- Automation of metrics collection and model monitoring processes.
- Configuration and maintenance of CI/CD processes for ML projects.
- Working with PostgreSQL for data storage, model metrics, and access information.
- Support and development of internal MLOps tools (analogous to ClearML/MLflow).
- Configuration and support of pipeline orchestration (Airflow or similar).
Requirements
- Excellent Python skills, deep understanding of FastAPI and service architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and other DBMS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Skills in process automation, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience with MLOps frameworks (ClearML, MLflow, or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding and experience in task orchestration setup (Airflow) is a plus.
- Experience in frontend development or integration of metric visualizations and access management is a plus.
