HR InX is an international recruitment agency specializing in iGaming and High-Risk industries. We work with fast-growing companies worldwide and are now looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from search strategy to successful placement
- Work on complex Senior / Lead / C-level roles
- Source and deeply assess candidates, including their experience, competencies, and motivation
- Work directly with international clients: conduct briefs, define candidate profiles, and advise on hiring strategy
- Manage and analyze recruitment funnels and improve processes based on data
- Test new sourcing tools, channels, and approaches
- Maintain candidate pipelines in Huntflow and contribute to our Notion knowledge base
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience in iGaming / High-Risk is a must
- Proven experience closing Senior / Lead / C-level positions independently
- English B2+ — you’ll communicate with international candidates and clients
- Active LinkedIn profile and strong sourcing skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience working directly with hiring managers / clients
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- High level of autonomy and ownership
