We are currently looking for an Optimacros Methodologist in the EPM department.
The EPM department's profile is the implementation of platforms and automation of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes.
Tasks we plan to assign to the colleague:
- Participation in customer surveys: describing current processes (as-is) and forming a target model (to-be) under the guidance of a senior methodologist.
- Preparation of functional requirements, project documentation (regulations, user instructions).
- Setting up dictionaries, formulas, and test scenarios in Optimacros.
- Testing developed functionality, recording feedback, and documenting results.
- Data processing and structuring (Excel), building reporting layouts and dashboards.
- Participation in pre-sales (preparing demo materials) and in internal projects for developing standard methodological solutions.
What we expect:
- Higher education (economics/finance/IT-mathematics).
- 1 year of experience in analytics, consulting, or FP&A (internships count).
- Proficient Excel (pivot tables, basic macros).
- Understanding of budgeting and management reporting basics.
- Ability to prepare documentation and structure information.
Will be an advantage: knowledge of Optimacros or other EPM systems, SQL/Python, participation in automation projects.
