Project manager at the internet marketing agency TolkaDigital. Responsible for the progress of marketing projects, meeting KPIs and client retention, coordinating the team and client communication.
Tasks:
- Manage marketing projects: internet traffic, website development and improvement
- Monitor deadlines, KPI achievement, and the project team's work through Asana, meetings, and work chats
- Ensure the correct functioning of end-to-end analytics on projects, identify and initiate bug fixes
- Conduct mini-audits of client CRM systems and provide feedback on adjustments
- Oversee the completion of reports by specialists and fill in your part of the reports
- Monitor the formation of performance plans for the new month and coordinate them with the manager and client
- Conduct regular client calls: results, plans, figures, documenting agreements
- Resolve organizational project issues: documents, acceptance certificates, payments
Requirements:
- Experience in project management with client communication (preferably marketing, digital)
- Project Manager experience of 1+ year in a digital agency
- Understanding of digital processes
- Traffic management experience will be an advantage (Yandex.Direct, targeting, CPL, conversion, lead target)
- Strong communication skills: explaining complex things in simple terms, conducting negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without loss of quality
- Systemic approach, responsibility, punctuality, results-orientation
- Independence and initiative
- Completed higher education
- Sales or public speaking experience will be a plus
Conditions:
