System Analyst — Insurance

We are looking for a System Analyst to join the insurance services development team. The project involves transforming and developing business processes within a microservices architecture, building integration interactions, and designing new services.

🔧 Responsibilities:

— Conduct interviews with business stakeholders and identify requirements; — Analyze and optimize business processes and information flows; — Transform business needs into functional and non-functional requirements; — Design new microservices and enhance existing ones; — Prepare project documentation: UML, BPMN, ERD, Sequence diagrams, API specifications; — Participate in architectural solutions development together with architects and developers; — Maintain documentation in Confluence and task management in Jira; — Participate in task decomposition, estimation, and elaboration.

🧠 What we expect:

— At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst; — Experience with microservices architecture; — Experience designing integrations via Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers; — Understanding of Event-Driven architecture; — Experience with REST API and OpenAPI/Swagger; — Knowledge of architectural patterns: CQRS, Saga, Orchestration, Messaging, API Gateway, BFF; — Proficient in UML, BPMN, ER diagrams; — Experience in modeling business processes and subject areas; — Ability to work with complex systems and large volumes of data; — Experience interacting with business, developers, and architects; — Experience with Jira and Confluence.

➕ Bonus points:

— Experience in insurance and claims settlement; — Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD); — Experience building BFF, API Gateway, orchestration/choreography solutions; — Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes principles.
