We are looking for a driven analyst to join the corporate communications platform team, which combines calls, meetings, messaging, and email. This is a service with multiple features and integrations with other bank products.
Responsibilities
- be a key participant in the project: interact with the client (internal and external), our development team, and related teams
- work with requirements at all stages, document them as clear documentation containing the necessary and sufficient set of information for all process participants to understand the task
- participate in the development of architectural solutions for current and new products together with the development team, choose optimal technological solutions
- decompose and create tasks for our team of developers
- be as autonomous as possible and not be afraid to take responsibility for making decisions.
Requirements
- experience in gathering, analyzing, and describing functional and non-functional requirements
- experience in developing requirements for interconnected products and integration solutions
- experience in the telecommunications industry or in video conferencing solutions is desirable
- deep understanding or a strong desire to understand technological solutions for communications that involve media traffic exchange
- experience in direct interaction with all members of the development team (coordinating requirements and contracts, task assignment, result acceptance)
- ability to build communication with other company departments
- experience as a business or systems analyst for 3+ years
- knowledge and understanding of various software development methodologies.
