A Product Director for Savings is required at BCS Bank. This role is responsible for managing the entire savings and deposit ecosystem of the Bank across digital and physical channels.

Position Objective:
- The role assumes full responsibility for product performance: from client experience and deposit opening speed to product economics (interest rates, profitability), liquidity risks, and compliance with regulator requirements (Central Bank of the Russian Federation, deposit insurance).
- The key task is to implement AI solutions at all stages of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify client needs for saving funds and form an optimal product lineup for each segment, including AI-personalized offers.
Analyze the Customer Journey and integrate AI touchpoints to improve experience (from the first look at the rate to receiving interest).
Set tasks for the development and ML teams, control development, test and launch new products on the front-end, monitor their effectiveness and performance after launch.
Product Strategy and Development:
- Formulate the product strategy and roadmap for savings (deposits, savings accounts, securities, "piggy banks", automated savings).
- Develop AI products: manage AI functions end-to-end, from idea generation and prototyping to scaling across the entire client base.
- Integrate AI into key client savings scenarios: personalization of terms, predictive analytics for savings recommendations, smart payment notifications, chatbots for profitability consultations.
Quality and Reliability of AI Solutions:
- Control the quality of AI solutions in terms of UX (intuitiveness of algorithm explanations), technical implementation, competitiveness, and reliability (absence of hallucinations, stable performance during peak loads).
- Ensure the ethics and transparency of AI operation in financial recommendations (compliance with regulatory requirements for AI).
Operational Management and Optimization:
- Optimize attraction and retention processes: reduce churn, increase client conversion to deposits, simplify fund placement scenarios.
- Set requirements for client experience: account opening/closing scenarios, selection of terms and rates, visualization of profitability, automatic top-ups using AI forecasts.
- Collaborate with risk management, compliance, treasury, and customer support: manage limits, ensure compliance with regulatory norms, handle incidents.
- Manage internal operational tools: dashboards for deposit dynamics, financial control tools, and AI model effectiveness analytics.
Team and Economics:
- Manage a cross-functional team (product, analytics, design, development, ML engineers, testing, operations) with clear goals, SLAs, and service quality metrics.
- Be responsible for the growth of the client base, assets, and P&L of the "Savings" product line.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- Successful experience managing products in the retail savings segment (deposits, savings accounts) in a bank.
- Expertise: deep knowledge of the specifics of the deposit business, working with interest rates, insurance limits, and regulatory requirements of the Central Bank, implementation of specific ML functions in client scenarios.
- Methodology: proficiency in product management and customer experience tools (CJM, user behavior analytics).
- Analytics: ability to work with P&L, build forecasts for fund inflow/outflow, analyze tariffs and the cost of capital attraction.
