Third-line support specialist at X5 Tech with a focus on Java development. The task is to restore system functionality, analyze errors in microservices and the trading program, and consult support.
Tasks:
- Respond promptly to information about problems in your area of responsibility
- Restore system functionality
- Identify errors in the implementation of requirements in the trading program, followed by analysis and correction of remarks
- Provide technical support for various company projects and pilots
- Consult and train support staff
- Review the quality of consultants' work
- Provide activity reports to the manager
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in computer science and automated systems / IT
- Work experience of 3 years or more
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Knowledge of Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL scripts, JIRA, Remedy, ITSM, Grafana, *nix systems at administrator level, MS Office
- Fluent reading of Java code (including Spring, Hibernate), working with Java debug
- Confident writing of complex SQL queries
- Excellent knowledge of bash, pgsql tools
- Ability to compile project and technical documentation, specifications, statements of work
- Experience in testing decentralized systems
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in microservice components
- Skills in analyzing and working with large volumes of data, ability to analyze requirements for a given task
