Looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer (1st line) for a large Russian foodtech project.
Location: Moscow, Russia
Work format/schedule: shift schedule, hybrid
Employment: full time
✨ Main tasks
- Providing remote technical support (via phone calls) and monitoring the operation of cash register systems and equipment in enterprises;
- Prompt resolution of technical problems, interaction with enterprise employees to fix malfunctions;
- Maintaining reporting and a knowledge base for emerging incidents;
- Fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLA).
✨ Will be an advantage
- Completed secondary/higher technical education;
- Experience in L1 technical support for at least 1 year.
