Manager, CRM & Marketing Automation

This time, we're looking for a Manager, CRM & Marketing Automation to take our CRM automation capabilities to the next level.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves combining data, technology and business thinking to make CRM smarter, more effective and more automated.

💡 What will you get to work on? ▪️ Own and drive our CRM automation roadmap ▪️ Develop smarter targeting, segmentation and automated customer journeys ▪️ Explore new opportunities in personalisation, AI and Optimove ▪️ Turn ideas into practical improvements with measurable business impact ▪️ Challenge existing ways of working and help us get more out of our CRM capabilities
