An AI Business Partner is needed for the telecom company ER-Telecom.
ER-Telecom Holding is a Russian digital infrastructure company, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying business needs and generating ideas for AI projects
- Assessing economic impact and technical feasibility (Feasibility Study)
- Supporting the business customer throughout all stages of AI solution implementation
- Managing changes and controlling the achievement of business value
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as an AI Product Manager, AI Product Owner, or Machine Learning expert
- Experience in a product team: working with metrics, hypothesis generation, responsibility for P&L
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Deep understanding of the business processes of a large enterprise
- Skills in calculating business cases (ROI, NPV, TCO)
- Understanding of the ML model lifecycle, A/B testing methodologies
- Understanding of LLM principles, their limitations, inference costs, and quality assessment approaches
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
