English-speaking lifestyle blog about personal growth, relationships, and style. The audience is growing, with individual videos reaching millions of views. The production base is ready: content, brand collaborations, all the filming equipment. We are looking for a producer/business partner — the second person in the project, who will build a monetization system and help build long-term revenue.
Tasks: content plan and positioning, funnels to products, working with brands (from the first email to the deal), launching and managing referral programs.
Requirements: producer/project manager experience of 1-2 years, understanding of vertical video and reach, English C1 (correspondence with brands), preferably experience with affiliate and referral programs.
Conditions: partnership agreement — 30-50% of the blog's earnings, a contract with a lawyer for 1-3 years with the possibility of extension, starting with 1-3 test months, remote work (some filming together).
