Recruiter for the Pragmatica Team
Hello! I'm Liza Uspenskaya, HRD at Pragmatica. I'm looking for a junior outstaff recruiter to join our team full-time, with whom we will be hiring and growing the outstaff direction team.
About Us
Pragmatica is a design team with strong managers. We create digital design for products and corporations, working with VK, Yandex, Sber, Alfa-Bank, and others. We have 100+ specialists, a warm environment, and a culture of initiative. We love functional design, experiments, and noticeable projects. Simultaneously, we move the industry forward: we conduct research, teach beautiful UI creation, and educate the market on our approach. If you want to grow in a strong environment and work with people who are passionate about design, you're welcome to join us.
And here's a list of the company's projects: Pragmatica | Wonderpeek | Big Practice | B2B Collective | Look&Feel Textbook | Mindset | 5heads | Outstaff
Who you will be hiring: designers (graphic, product, web, 3D, CGI artists, etc.). You will work at the intersection of creativity and business in close collaboration with the HRBP and the unit's design leader.
What is needed for the job
- Good eye and knowledge base: You can distinguish product design from UX/UI. You know where motion designers and communication designers are found, you can do a high-level portfolio scoring (if not, we'll teach you). Experience in agencies or studios is a big plus.
- Sourcing skills: You use more than just standard job boards in your work and can pull talent from LinkedIn, closed Telegram channels, and professional communities.
- Data-driven approach: Managing the funnel and analyzing conversion is your tool for finding bottlenecks. You know how to fix processes to make hiring fly. Or you will come with this question to the HRBP, and together you will find a solution.
- Researcher mindset: You are genuinely interested in how the market works and what drives people. You research motivation, dig deep, and understand why this designer will perfectly fit our outstaff unit right now.
- Vision and hunting: You look two steps ahead. It's important for you not just to close a burning vacancy but to build a community of talents around the unit. You can/want to play the long game: develop long-term relationships and secure the best of the best for future tasks and projects.
What you will be doing
The main task is hiring. It consists of the following points: full-cycle closure of outstaff positions, building a talent pool, and constant networking with specialists.
A recruiter here is not just a resume filter but an architect of community. Their mission is to find and unite top talents around Pragmatica, turning hiring from a one-off transaction into a long-term partnership that allows the unit to respond instantly and with high quality to any market challenges.
Full-cycle talent search and attraction
- Analysis of studio needs: Understanding the specifics of vacancies (designers, illustrators, motion designers, UX/UI specialists, 3D designers, project managers). Aligning requirements with the hiring manager.
- Creating vacancies: Writing job postings, adapting descriptions for platforms (job boards, professional communities, social networks, etc.).
- Active search: Using professional platforms (Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn), searching specialized Telegram channels, and finding new sources.
- Conducting initial interviews: Assessing professional skills, experience, and fit for the job requirements. Identifying candidate motivation.
- Portfolio analysis: High-level scoring of candidates during selection.
- Building a database and networking: Active hunting, maintaining an up-to-date talent pool (Talent Pool) for quick starts on outstaff projects.
- HR analytics and strategy: Maintaining transparent reporting on the funnel in Huntflow (closing timelines, channel effectiveness). Testing new search hypotheses.
Why it's great
- Working with experts: Your mentors and partners will be the HRBP and the design lead.
- Influence on the product: In outstaffing, people are the product. The unit's success depends on your choice.
- Minimum bureaucracy: We value speed and proactiveness.
The Team
You will work directly with the project director, designers, design leads, and other project managers. We work in weekly sprints. Our clients are also part of the team. Currently, there are 70+ people on staff: these are designers, managers, PR, and marketing.
Office and Company
We have hubs where team members are gathered: Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tbilisi. We have offices in Moscow and Yekaterinburg, and a coworking space in Saint Petersburg.
Conditions
- I am currently looking for a full-time colleague.
- Results-oriented work without unnecessary formalization and bureaucracy.
- We are growing as a company and helping the team grow — we look for external mentors and learn from each other.
- Constant novelty — working with different products, teams, and markets.
- Full-time work (flexible start from 9 to 10 until 18-19 Moscow time).
- Remote work.
- There's an office in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, and a coworking space in Saint Petersburg.
- Probation period — 3 months.
- Salary: depending on the candidate's experience, we will discuss individually.
