KOZ AI is a technology company developing artificial intelligence solutions for large businesses. We work with companies from various industries, helping them increase operational efficiency, identify growth points, and make data-driven management decisions.
We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to be responsible for designing the interfaces of our products, improving user experience, and working closely with the product team and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design UX/UI for web platforms, SaaS products, personal accounts, and analytical dashboards.
- Develop user scenarios, User Flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create modern, user-friendly, and adaptive interfaces in Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI Kits.
- Analyze existing interfaces and propose user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, and developers.
- Prepare mockups for development and control the quality of interface implementation.
- Study best practices in UX/UI and apply them to the company's products.
What we expect from you:
- Practical experience as a UX/UI Designer for at least 1 year.
- Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototype).
- Understanding of UX principles, user scenarios, and information architecture.
- Experience in designing web interfaces and adaptive design.
- Ability to work with design systems and a component-based approach.
- Understanding of frontend development fundamentals (HTML/CSS) at a level sufficient for collaboration with developers.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and work with feedback.
- Independence, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing implemented projects.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience designing B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, or analytical systems.
- Experience working with complex interfaces, tables, charts, and large volumes of data.
- Experience creating interfaces for AI products.
- Skills in UX research and usability testing.
- Experience working in a product IT team.
