Sales Manager at eLama
eLama is an independent technological platform in digital marketing. We are developing within the Yandex ecosystem and creating our own product that integrates all key advertising systems — from VK to Avito and Telegram. We have retained independent infrastructure and unique processes to give thousands of Russian companies a single tool for growth management.
Calling clients from the database of incoming warm leads You will interact with potential clients who have already shown interest in our product, contacting them for initial acquaintance and identifying their needs. Your task is to analyze the client's request and propose solutions that best fit their goals. You will be making calls to a pre-prepared database of warm leads.
Conducting demo presentations of the service You will conduct online demos to talk in detail about the key functions of the service, answer questions, and show how our product can improve clients' advertising campaigns. It's important not just to show functionality, but to explain how the client can use it to achieve their business goals.
Participation in industry conferences You will represent the company at professional events and conferences. This is a great opportunity not only to broaden your horizons but also to meet potential clients and partners. At these events, you will need to collect contacts, conduct negotiations, and promote our product among the target audience.
Compliance with customer service regulations You will be required to strictly follow established regulations and standards of working with clients, including SLA response times. This includes quick response to client inquiries, adherence to issue resolution deadlines, and ensuring a high level of service.
Fulfillment of plans and KPIs You will work on fulfilling plans for attracting new clients and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volumes and closed deals. We expect you to actively participate in achieving the company's strategic goals, developing your skills through regular training and self-development. Your professional development and desire for growth will directly influence the results of the entire team and the company as a whole.
