🍀About the vacancy: a major streamer with a team of 20+ people, several casino partners, a sales department, a VIP division, and support is looking for a VIP Account / VIP Retention Manager who will become the brand's trusted representative for the biggest players.

🍀What you will be doing: — Maintain communication with VIP players, build personal trusting relationships — Handle specific personal requests from players in a concierge service format — Organize gifts, bonuses, and special offers for VIPs — Coordinate with casinos and internal accounting to secure the best conditions for players (cashback, rakeback)

Who we are looking for

🍀Mandatory: — Experience in iGaming — Experience working with VIP clients — High level of service and customer focus — Empathy, ability to win people over from the first contact — Readiness to promptly resolve non-standard requests in a multitasking environment — English language from B2
