We are currently launching 5 new areas of psychology - we need a person who will take this on. We are ready to welcome a new employee to the team for the position of "Product Manager" in EDTECH.
What we already have:
- A working 6-month course with 20+ cohorts and over 1000 graduates
- A team of experienced psychologist-curators
- A sales department with a Head of Sales
- SEO and marketing in the process of scaling
What we are launching:
- 4 specializations: CBT, Gestalt, family and child psychology, sexology + 1-year program "Psychologist-Consultant"
We are at a growth stage, so we are looking for someone who will take charge of program production.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Launching new products:
- Organize the production of new programs and webinars
- Find, negotiate with, and prepare instructors for recording lessons and sales webinars
- Build a process for selecting instructors (search → trial lesson → verification → launch)
- Control the quality of video lessons and compliance with school standards
Product Management:
- Formulate course programs together with the supervisor and experts
- Set launch dates and monitor deadlines
- Make changes based on feedback from the sales and marketing departments
- Refine the product — "details" accumulate up to 30 per month
Team Interaction:
- Work closely with the Head of Sales on group enrollment plans
- Provide marketing with information for promotion
- Prepare materials for training the sales department on new products
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Mandatory:
- Higher psychological education
- Expertise in psychology
- Understanding of how educational product development works: from idea to the first cohort is welcome
- Skills in product development and creation are welcome
- Ability to work with instructors and methodologists
- Independence — readiness to take full responsibility for a direction, not wait for tasks

- If you need clear daily task assignments from above
- If you need constant supervision of task completion
- If you have no experience in psychology
WHAT WE OFFER:
Money:
- Salary: from 40,000 + KPI = 70,000 rubles per month
