Finance Manager – Family Office - Cyprus (onsite)

Company: a family office, based in Limassol, Cyprus, focusing primarily on equity investments.

Role overview: The Finance Manager will be managing the financial operations of the company. This includes overseeing the preparation of reports and coordinating the annual audit of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal team and external providers.

Key responsibilities: • Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborate with investment teams to gather and analyze financial data from portfolio companies • Coordinate the annual audit of financial statement, working closely with external auditors • Ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant with IFRS • Manage bank accounts and KYC procedures • Manage budgeting matters • Prepare management reporting across all the companies of the group • Handle payments from/to corporate accounts and UBO personal accounts

Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or experience in an audit or accounting firm • Fluent English and Russian • Based in Cyprus (preferably Limassol) • Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, audit in Cyprus and the UAE accounting and audit processes • Proficiency in management reporting across all entities of the group • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software, ERP systems)
