DesignOps, we're looking for you! We have a rare and interesting Design Ops vacancy at Cian in the communication design department.

The main goal of the role is to establish processes within the communication design team, integrate production cycle metrics, so that communication design starts to be evaluated by speed and value to the business.

We will be happy to meet someone who has already gone through the path of managing projects and processes of a design function in product companies and has experience working with design teams (in-house or agency).

If you know how to make design processes transparent and understandable in terms of measuring results and know how to define, measure, and implement operational metrics, then welcome! The team is waiting for you!
