Operations Manager

OperAI is an interactive AI-based system for managing company operations. We turn chaos in chats, meetings, and calendars into a clear picture of what’s actually happening in the business.

Our goal is to create a “second brain for the CEO,” eliminate operational chaos, and make processes transparent and manageable.

Currently, we are in the MVP development stage: we are already launching with pilot teams and actively testing product hypotheses.

Who are we looking for? An operations manager for a startup who will help organize and support product development processes and client relations. They will support the internal system and knowledge base, and help accelerate the startup’s development and the company’s growth.

We are looking for a proactive specialist who is ready to grow, experiment, and improve the product together with the team. Based on their own experience, they will enhance the product for operational management.

What you will do – turn chaos into system

• Organize and maintain internal team processes – working with a task tracker, knowledge base, and iterations.
• Collect and analyze reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Record decisions, tasks, and other important work artifacts.
• Assist in refining in-product processes for the user.
• Collect and structure user feedback. Help with product development.
