Responsibilities: Conducting internships for new employees in the collections department Coaching and "second chairing" for current employees Developing training materials on collection techniques Analyzing call quality and providing feedback

Requirements: Mandatory experience of at least 1 year in collections (collection agency, MFI, overdue call center). Skills in conducting coaching and online training Experience with CRM, Google Sheets/Office Understanding of business training processes

Will be an advantage: Experience as a trainer/mentor/Team Lead
