Responsibilities: — Development of the product concept for residential projects — Product management throughout its entire life cycle — Development and implementation of marketing and product strategy (positioning, market launch) — Market research and audience segmentation — Management of marketing communications and digital strategy — Participation in pricing and brand development

Requirements: — Experience as Marketing Director / Product Director at a developer — Portfolio of implemented projects — Strategic thinking and systematic approach — Leadership qualities and ability to work in a multitasking environment

Conditions: — Fixed salary + bonus
