PRHub.ae is an international communication agency. We work in the UAE and CIS, building presence for companies and founders through PR, content, social media, events, and creative projects. We have many ideas: systems are few; they are born in calls, live beautifully in notes, and die there. We are looking for someone who will stop tolerating this and take over the agency's marketing entirely.

What needs to be done — Decide what we launch: who does it, by what date, for how much money, and what we got out of it — Manage the budget and figures: expenses, leads, conversion, conclusions. For each project, the chain idea → responsible person → deadlines → budget → launch → result → what next is visible — Bring order to SEO/GEO: there is a freelancer, there are tasks, but no system. Reviews, case studies, Google Maps, Reddit, website updates, research and placements — Assemble a content team (agency or freelancers), launch a pipeline, manage the agency's channels and the personal Instagram and LinkedIn of the executives, and don't let approvals drag on for a week — Maintain a calendar of conferences, secure speaking slots, do collaborations with universities, accelerators, and startup communities in the UAE — Bring creative special projects from "let's do it" to "published" — Find relevant awards, manage their calendar, and submit applications — Manage paid traffic through contractors: budgets, figures, connection to business goals

Requirements — Marketing, project management, or agency experience of 2+ years — Ability to calculate, not just "feel": budgets, leads, conversion, campaign effectiveness (this is the main requirement) — Experience working with multiple contractors simultaneously without loss — Independence: you don't need to be reminded of a deadline you set yourself — Ability to distinguish a "cool" idea from an idea that "will bring clients" — Calm communication with founders directly — Working English: calls, correspondence, briefs — Agency, IT company, or startup experience will be a plus — International experience will be a plus
