Loyalty Program Manager

Your tasks:

• Participation in the formation of a long-term strategy for a unified loyalty program
• Loyalty program management (setting up loyalty program conditions, promotions with bonus mechanics, developing automatic scenarios for working with customer segments)
• Customer base segmentation for running promotions, A/B tests
• Monitoring key loyalty program metrics - growth of the active customer base, purchase frequency, share of sales to cardholders, repeat purchases, frequency, average check, LTV
• Analysis of promotion effectiveness
• Participation in the formation of loyalty program reports (together with the analytics team)
• Development of cross-brand purchases
• Interaction with marketing teams (promotion plan) and IT (improving integrations with the CDP platform)
• Control of the relevance and correctness of loyalty program documentation (offer, instructions for sellers, loyalty section in the training course for new retail employees)

Our requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position with a loyalty program
• Ability to work in the Mindbox system
