Marketing Analyst-Developer at Auto.ru

The Yandex Verticals team is looking for an analyst-developer. We help grow the Auto.ru business across all regions of Russia. If you are interested in rebuilding and improving marketing analytics, generating ideas for experiments, and critically analyzing incoming tasks — this job is for you!

What tasks await you

Evaluation of communications and implementation of new tools You will conduct experiments and evaluate the quality of communications with users (primarily pushes, email newsletters). Together with marketers, you will experiment and implement new tools on the web and in applications.

Development of new methodologies and audience research You will research new approaches to attribution, A/B testing, and customer segmentation. Based on this data, you will build operational and analytical dashboards for monitoring key metrics, and also develop events for the CDP together with the DWH team.

Building models and forecasting LTV You will optimize marketing budgets by providing tools and working with data, build multi-channel attribution models, and forecast LTV and conversion probabilities.

We expect you

• Are able to defend your point of view with arguments
• Are ready to work with large volumes of data
• Have been involved in evaluating advertising campaigns
• Have programmed in Python
• Know how to work with databases and know SQL
