Requirements: Experience from 4 years with Camunda (candidates without Camunda are not considered) Analysis and collection of requirements for frontend and backend, interaction with developers and business customers. Designing and documenting database architecture, describing ER diagrams. Describing REST API endpoints, working with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka queues). Development and support of BPMN diagrams in Camunda for business process automation. Preparation and detailing of use cases, user stories, as well as definition of acceptance criteria. Preparation of technical documentation and specifications based on requirements. Active participation in requirement changes, flexible switching between tasks, readiness for cancellations and reprioritization. Interaction and support of the team, helping colleagues, maintaining high-level communication. Proactive search for opportunities to improve processes and work quality.
