About the Project
We are inviting a DevOps Engineer to join a team working on the implementation of a new AI Platform within the VK ecosystem. This is a strategic direction related to the development of infrastructure for artificial intelligence. The specialist will be integrated into the team at the client's site.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation, fault tolerance, and scalability of AI Platform services.
- Automating the processes of preparing environments (dev/test/staging), building, and deploying applications.
- Configuring and supporting the operation of services in the cloud infrastructure.
- Developing monitoring and logging systems to control the platform's status.
- Participating in the release cycle and implementing GitOps practices.
Key Requirements
Hard skills:
- Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience in supporting software development processes.
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (solid administration and configuration experience).
- OS: Linux (CentOS, AlmaLinux).
- Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse.
- CI/CD: GitLab CI.
- IaC (Infrastructure as Code): Ansible, Terraform.
- Scripts: Bash, Python (for automating routine tasks).
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics.
- GitOps: ArgoCD.
Will be a plus:
- Experience using GenAI tools in work (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience working on large high-load projects.
