💎 Ventra Partner – one of the largest FMCG companies is looking for a System Analyst (Senior) to conduct interviews with stakeholders, design integrations of data marts, backend, ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways, write Swagger specifications for microservices, describe business processes and technical documentation, support development at all stages, quality control during feature acceptance, and update architecture diagrams and glossary in Confluence.

🧩 Requirements: 2.5 to 4 years of IT experience as a System Analyst, 1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail, fintech, or high-load B2C/B2B services, ability to self-organize and conduct asynchronous communication, experience with the full SDLC cycle; skills in decomposing epics into User Stories and Use Cases, writing technical specifications and Acceptance Criteria; proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML (Sequence, Activity, State Machine); understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML formats, experience in designing API contracts, working with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ); solid knowledge of SQL, understanding the differences between relational and NoSQL databases; experience with Jira, Confluence/Yandex Tracker, Postman, Figma/Miro/Draw.io; proactivity, stress resistance, facilitation, negotiation skills, and independence. Experience with e-commerce metrics, Highload solutions, specific integrations (SAP, online cash registers, delivery services, acquiring), basic code reading ability (Python/Java/Go), experience with Headless e-commerce/PWA will be a plus.
