CPO/Chief Product Officer (AI-first)
Hi! We are Phygital+
An AI platform for creative and design teams. We help large companies accelerate visual content creation using neural networks, while maintaining quality and control.
A brief overview of us, to understand the scale:
- 200+ enterprise clients such as Yandex, Alfa-Bank, X5, Lenta, Avito, MTS.
- Largest agencies: Depot, Setters, Great, and many others.
- Frequency of use – we are second only to Figma among designers and marketers.
- Retention across companies is 100%.
- Growth of +20-30% month-over-month, we have grown significantly as a team.
- Goal for 2026 – to grow revenue 5 times.
We have found PMF, are closing a Series A round from a well-known fund. Investors' darling. And now we need a CPO to take over product management.
This Role
Not a "Senior PM" and not a "task taxi driver".
We are NOT looking for a "pure strategist" who will say: "My job is ideas, and implementation is not mine." Not an operational manager who doesn't see the big picture.
We need someone who has grown from operational product management: has worked in operations for a long time (sprints, backlog, team), has grown into strategy, but hasn't forgotten how to do things hands-on. Such a person does not shift responsibility, does not wait for information to be brought to them, but in situations of uncertainty goes and figures things out themselves.
You will take the product headache away from the CEO and become the single point of contact for the team on all operational matters.
We expect a tandem: you + CEO + team. Together, we will conquer the market.
Our Culture - Briefly
- AI-first and AI-native.
- The entire team uses Cursor, Claude, vibe coding – it's part of our DNA. Remote work, the team is distributed globally.
- A-players: proactive, independent, responsible.
What You Will Do
A. Organize the process (quickly - first 1-3 months)
- Establish development team management
People should not come with the thought "I have no tasks." Instill a culture of independence: when there are no tasks, the team finds work themselves (refactoring, technical debt, improvements).
- Organize planning
Form a backlog, build realistic timelines for features, create a shared understanding of where the product is headed.
- Set up tools
Build processes so they work for the team.
- Take over operations
Free up the CEO from daily approvals on timelines, features, and control. Become the point of contact for the team.
B. Build a product culture (systematically - 3-6 months)
- Set up product analytics
Without it, we don't know how we are growing. We need to understand what drives metrics (activation, retention, revenue).
- Implement a hypothesis testing system
PLG/SaaS does not grow without systematic work with hypotheses. Build a process: idea → validation → analysis → decision.
- Develop a product strategy
Based on analytics, research, and market data. Where we are going, why, how we measure success.
Who We Are Looking For
Must have:
- 5+ years in product, including 2+ years as CPO / Head of Product in B2B SaaS or an AI platform.
- Grown from operational product management – worked in operations for a long time: managed sprints, backlogs, teams.
- Startup experience – understand the pace, chaos, and limited resources.
- Experience with technically complex products (AI, ML, data, infrastructure).
- Launched or scaled a product for Enterprise.
- Managed a remote cross-functional team (engineers, design, QA, analytics).
- AI-first approach – can vibe code (write a small piece of code for an A/B test or mockup).
Nice to have:
- Technical background – you will need to dive deep into the technical specifics of the product.
- Experience in AI/neural networks (at least at a user level).
- Understanding of the no-code / low-code market.
- Experience launching products in new geographies.
We're a good fit if this describes you
- Grown from operations
Worked in product management for a long time: managed sprints, backlogs, teams. Grown into strategy, but haven't forgotten how to do things hands-on.
- Proactiveness
In situations of uncertainty, you don't wait for information to be brought to you, but go and figure things out yourself. No information – you find it. No process – you create it.
- Responsibility
You don't shift it to the team or CEO. You are responsible for the result.
- Can vibe code
You are not afraid to write a small piece of code to test a hypothesis or speed up a process.
- Curiosity
You constantly test new AI tools, read, try, and implement.
- Leadership without micromanagement
You lead the team, not by breathing down their necks.
- You are not afraid of enterprise
You can talk to top managers and solve their problems.
Why It's Cool to Work With Us ;)
- Minimal bureaucracy and maximum impact on the final result.
- Russian-speaking team, we work remotely following Moscow time.

- Constant growth opportunities – AI is developing so fast that you will always be at the forefront.

- Stock options program – depending on our interaction experience.
- Work in a strong team – top professionals from TON, RTA, T1 Group with burning eyes.
