Seeking: Product Director for a large development project in Phuket (managed resort residence).

This role combines strategic product vision with detailed development of every customer touchpoint.

Key task: to transform the project from a set of square meters into a sought-after resort product.

Tasks:

● Development and management of the project's product concept; ● Designing the customer journey and interaction at all stages; ● Creating the concept for the sales office and show apartments; ● Formulating requirements for finishing, furniture, technical equipment, and smart home systems; ● Developing project infrastructure and service model; ● Working through scenarios of life in the residence: from personal leisure to investment rental; ● Creating the brand's semantic content and argumentation for marketing and sales; ● Participation in the preparation/preparation of technical specifications for architects, designers, and branding agencies; ● Monitoring the compliance of architectural solutions with the product concept. ● Conducting interviews with potential clients and partners to test hypotheses. ● Evaluating proposed changes in terms of their impact on the product. ● Market research and preparation of recommendations for product improvement. ● Building the product development process: organizing cross-functional work between strategy, architecture, marketing, sales, and external consultants.

Ideal Candidate Profile. We need a person who can create a high-quality development product.

Your experience and skills:

● More than 3 years of experience in development, hospitality, or premium residential real estate; ● Experience in launching and developing residential and mix-used products at the "pre-official sales" and "concept presentation" stages; ● Deep understanding of layout solutions, interiors, and customer scenarios; ● Understanding of the economics of a development product; ● Ability to translate brand positioning into specific product solutions; ● Experience in effective interaction with architectural bureaus and contractors; ● Fluent English for communication with international teams; ● Impeccable taste combined with pragmatic commercial thinking. ● Advantageous: Understanding the specifics of the hotel business and management, as the project includes hotel infrastructure and is managed by a hotel operator; Experience in development companies in Phuket or Southeast Asia.
