ID: Col_Gul Rate: up to 285,000 RUB net. Duration: 3 months (project-based employment). Location/Citizenship: RF only. Mandatory Requirement: Experience in the banking sector.

We are looking for an expert who will help clients connect technologies (GenAI, ML) with real money. You need to be able to translate complex functions like Next Best Action into metrics understandable to the business and prove their effectiveness through numbers.

🚀 Responsibilities: • Identifying business tasks and developing approaches to solve them through GenAI, ML, and CVM tools. • Forming and defending business value: translating functionality (personalization, NBA/NBT) into measurable KPIs. • Preparing analytics and presentations on pilot results for various business segments. • Analytical support for experiments: from formulating hypotheses and selecting metrics to in-depth analysis of A/B test results.

🎯 Our Expectations: • Experience as an analyst (Business / Product / Data) for at least 2 years in a bank. • Understanding of personalized marketing approaches, NBA / NBO, and CVM. • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of ML / AI solutions and conducting A/B tests. • Skill in gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews and formalizing them (technical specifications, terms of reference). • Ability to build a logical chain: "hypothesis → metric → KPI → effect". • Understanding of client data: transactions, product profiles, responses.

🌟 Will be a plus: • Experience implementing aCRM or GenAI solutions in fintech/telecom. • Skills in calculating ROI, Uplift metrics, and overall economic impact. • Understanding of the principles of ML models and generative content.
