Sber is looking for a CVM (Credit Products in Campaigning) with strategic vision and experience in managing end-to-end product funnels.
You will not just launch campaigns, but systematically improve every stage of the customer journey, identify suboptimal points at the intersection of product and risks, and present insights to top management for decision-making. You need to have expertise and work at the intersection of product, analytics, and risk management, managing campaign effectiveness at all stages of the funnel — from forming an available pool to final issuance.
What you will do:
- Ensure sales growth of credit products through campaign channels
- Manage the end-to-end availability and conversion funnel — analyze and improve every stage of the customer journey: from forming a pool of "available" clients (considering risk strategy) to actual issuance
- Formulate requests and prioritize requirements for the landscape aimed at business growth based on best market practices, including the application of external data, advanced modeling methods, trigger mechanics, customization of product offers for micro-segments, etc.
- Formulate an agenda for top management — independently prepare positions and materials at the Board level, present and defend positions at this level
- Act as a driver of change at the intersection of product and risk teams
- Initiate in-depth diagnostics: reasons for changes in product availability, scenarios for revising conditions to increase approval for focus client segments
- Launch and scale pilots — conduct A/B tests with a focus on conversion uplift by segments, evaluate the effect not only on response but also on final issuance and portfolio quality
What is important:
- Experience in growing credit product sales — 3+ years in a product owner or CVM leader role, where your decisions directly influenced issuance volume
- Experience in managing availability and conversion funnels — deep understanding of how the funnel works from the client base to issuance, ability to identify points of loss and propose solutions that increase final issuance
- Experience in regular interaction with top management — ability to aggregate complex data into concise, convincing conclusions for stakeholders. Willingness to defend your position and justify priorities
- Leadership position in a cross-functional environment — proven experience where you initiated changes, identified non-obvious points of loss at the intersection of product and risks, and achieved their elimination
- Data-driven and systematic thinking — deep understanding of CLTV, NPV, conversion funnel metrics, uplift estimation methods, and cause-and-effect relationships in credit processes
- Skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
