An accredited IT company is looking for a Business Analyst for a large fintech project
What needs to be done:
- Discuss new tasks with the client, form a list of requirements;
- Manage projects, monitor deadlines and work stages;
- Support development, participate in acceptance testing and ensure system compliance with requirements;
- Monitor deadlines and work stages;
- Conduct analytical work on the development of the broker's tax module;
- Interact with related departments within integration projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in deep work with product analytics (Advanced SQL level - mandatory, dashboards in BI systems, ability to present data simply and clearly)
- Ability to form detailed BRD, understanding of business logic and IT specifics
- Ideally, proficient with user story mapping and decomposition principles
Readiness to be the "right hand" of the CRO: provide all necessary metrics to achieve KPIs, propose optimizations, and bring fact-based "insights".
Responsibilities
- Regular analysis of key product metrics (MAU, DAU, Retention, RunRate for key indicators, CR and CTR, VOC, ROMI)
- Packaging data into dashboards and visually understandable presentations
- Proactive provision of data and insights for decision-making and KPI achievement.
- Work with requirements: Development of BRD, communication with business and IT teams.
Will be a strong advantage:
- Experience in B2B digital products / Travel Tech
- Knowledge of Customer Journey (CJ) and working with funnels
- Product background: participation in hypothesis formation, A/B testing
