Rolevia | Head of Operations | Job Description
Rolevia is a European EdTech startup that helps professionals find jobs in the US, UK, EU, UAE, as well as overcome career barriers: employment gaps, relocation, discrimination, and market switching.
We support clients until they receive an offer and take on all operational routines.
We are looking for a Head of Operations who will take full responsibility for the company's operational model: efficiency, scalability, service quality, and the P&L of the operational unit.
This is a key role for the next growth stage — transitioning from hundreds to thousands of clients per month without losing quality and profitability.

⚙️ What you will do
- Be responsible for the operational unit's P&L: optimize operational expenses, increase efficiency and profitability while maintaining product quality.
- Manage customer service quality: reduce the number of complaints; reduce refund percentages through processes, standards, and quality control.
- Design and scale the operational model: Ensure the growth of operations to 1000+ clients per month and beyond. Build end-to-end processes, SLAs, standards, and checkpoints.
- Manage the operational team: structure, roles, workload, efficiency; making decisions on hiring and team development.
- Implement transparency in operations: key metrics; regular reporting and dashboards.
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance.
💪 What we expect from you
- 6+ years of experience in operations / delivery / service in a growing business (EdTech, online services, subscription models, SaaS).
- Experience managing P&L or directly influencing financial results.
- Experience scaling processes and teams in growth conditions.
- Experience with customer metrics: complaints, refunds, SLA, NPS.
- Strong process and systems thinking.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement changes to achieve results.
- Experience managing a team and working with contractors.
👑 It will be a plus (but not required)
- Experience working in EdTech or career services.
- Experience scaling operations 3x–5x without losing quality.
- Financial modeling, unit economics.
- Process automation (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar).
- Experience working in an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
