Description
We are looking for an experienced leader ready to head a team of anti-fraud analysts and efficiently organize their activities to prevent fraud among large and medium-sized clients in the lending segment.
Responsibilities
Tasks will include:
- managing the backlog of IT and DS teams for timely implementation of priority tasks
- analyzing the effectiveness of the current anti-fraud policy and proposing improvements
- developing and implementing approaches to identify missed fraud
- designing and developing new tools to identify fraudulent schemes
- optimizing the anti-fraud system's operation using best practices in machine learning and data analysis
- searching for and implementing modern methods and technologies to improve the system's efficiency and reliability
- finding the optimal balance between risk reduction and lending development.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- higher education (financial or mathematical)
- management experience of at least 3 years
- deep knowledge of technologies for developing and maintaining anti-fraud systems
- understanding of the main types of attacks and credit fraud schemes in the corporate segment
- knowledge of the features and vulnerabilities of credit products
- good understanding of artificial intelligence, data analysis, and machine learning at a high level.
Will be a plus:
- experience in developing business logic for decision-making systems
- experience in applying graph analytics
- understanding of lending principles and analysis of corporate clients.
