Our team is engaged in combating fraud in retail risks. We work on reducing the time between the occurrence of a fraud event and its detection, on identifying new fraud schemes, and on increasing the efficiency of work on already known ones. We are looking for someone who will bring new ideas and quickly join in solving ambitious tasks.
We are currently searching for a stream lead in the area of fraud prevention in secured lending (Mortgage, Auto).
Responsibilities
- developing fraud prevention processes for secured loan products
- formulating requirements for loan products/processes from a secure launch perspective
- analyzing various data sources, both internal and external, for use in anti-fraud processes
- formulating and testing hypotheses, making data-driven decisions that will reduce the level of fraud in the portfolio
- communicating with counterparts to defend assigned tasks
- managing the task backlog within the stream
Requirements
- understanding of retail lending processes and specifics of fraud in this area
- work experience in anti-fraud fin-tech
- higher mathematical or technical education
- knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, machine learning algorithms
- proficient in sql
- ability to work with large volumes of data
- ability to build effective processes and communications
- leadership qualities, strategic thinking, willingness to take responsibility for results, autonomy
