Apply if you have experience with marketing and advertising communications, brand identity, and brand development, and can come up with strong visual ideas.

Yandex Zabota makes insurance simple, convenient, and truly caring. We launched our first product in 2025. Currently, we issue over 100,000 policies daily and are integrated into major Yandex projects: return guarantees on Yandex Afisha, insurance on Market, CASCO on Maps, OSAGO for one day on Taxi — and this is just the beginning.

Insurance is traditionally considered a complex matter — it is often perceived as something cumbersome, anxious, and formal. We want to simplify it, make it fast and understandable, gradually turning it into a natural part of everyday life.

You will develop and change Zabota's visual language: look for more expressive and memorable solutions and assemble them into a recognizable system. We are looking for an art director who will develop Zabota's brand and visual communications and, along with the service's growth, will be able to strengthen their own role.
