🩵Responsibilities:

• Launch and control the warming up of domains/IPs via services and manually; Configure and maintain email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, bounce processing, FBL; • Check emails through deliverability services, manual and automatic tests of content, templates, links, and technical headers; • Work with postmasters: Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, and other reputation monitoring services; • Monitor and improve the deliverability of email campaigns: inbox/spam placement, bounce rate, complaint rate, domain/IP reputation; • Analyze the reasons for emails landing in spam, blocks, increase in bounce/complaint rates, and prepare solutions; • Maintain documentation, statistics on warm-ups, service expenses, changes, and results; • Update email chains considering deliverability risks and participate in supporting sending from our own SMTP server.
