Email Marketing Manager | iGaming
After 6+ years in the iGaming industry, we're entering a new stage of growth and expanding into new international markets. To support our ambitious plans, we're strengthening our CRM & Retention team and looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager.

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing / CRM Communications within the iGaming industry (Sportsbook & Casino).
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Experience working with multiple communication channels: Email, Push Notifications, and SMS.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, campaign optimization, and communication best practices.
- Basic HTML skills for editing email templates and communication layouts.
- Experience with audience segmentation and database management.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Understanding of UTM parameters and campaign tracking.
- Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- English level B2 or higher.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize promotional, lifecycle, and informational campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and SMS channels.
- Build audience segments based on player behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and campaign objectives.
- Create, edit, and maintain communication templates, including basic HTML adjustments (CTAs, links, images, logos, and layouts).
