Head of Support and Community

Hello! We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG. The game combines open-world, roleplay RP, life simulator, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real-time.

We are looking for a Head of Support & Community. The primary goal of this role is to increase player trust in the administration, improve support quality, and establish transparent communication between players and the development team.

What you will be doing:

• Game Mastering: Auditing and optimizing game master workflows, revising rules for clarity and transparency. Implementing quality control, training, and team rotation.
• Support: Centralizing player inquiries and simplifying application processes. Implementing support metrics, improving processes, and training staff.
• Community: Setting up feedback channels and transparent feedback processing. Conducting surveys, interviews, and small in-game events for players.

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience in community management/support/game mastering in gamedev.
• Experience in building processes and managing Community and/or Support teams, including with non-Russian speaking teams (Portuguese / Spanish / English).
• Experience managing moderator or game master teams of 70+ people.
• Experience in SAMP/GTA-like projects — a big plus.
