Hello! xdevs ltd is looking for a Technical Support Specialist!
Join our team to provide quality user support, using your information management and communication skills to achieve high results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely user support on game-related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and company software.
- Respond to reviews in app stores.
- Monitor critical situations on projects and react promptly.
- Analyze problems and communicate information to the development team.
- Maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support within the game development industry.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written Russian.
- Client-orientation, communication skills, stress resistance.
- Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to new situations.
- Excellent knowledge of PCs, smartphones, and their components will be a huge plus.
