💥For the B2B Customer Support position, the following is important:

• English from B2+ conversational;
• from six months of commercial experience;
• Knowledge of backend documentation and modules;
• Experience working with client applications and portals;
• Independent verification and reproduction of bugs reported by the client;
• Conducting training for clients.

Work schedules 2/2: from 14:00 to 2:00 (GMT+3) from 6:00 to 18:00 (GMT+7)

💥Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming tasks from clients, communication in chats;
• Monitoring Grafana, creating alerts for the devops team, CTO;
• Setting up the platform according to client requirements;
• Conducting product training.
