L1 Technical Support Engineer (iGaming)
Company: BCRAFT (Software development in the IGaming sector) 🟩 Schedule: remote job/ full time
Responsibilities: • Receive partner inquiries via chat; • Determine the type and priority of the problem; • Resolve issues that fall under L1 responsibility; • Check information in systems and knowledge base; • Request missing data if insufficient; • Escalate complex cases to L2 with complete information, without the need for further clarification; • Monitor your tickets until full resolution.
Requirements: • Responsibility and attention to detail; • Proficient written communication skills; • Ability to work according to regulations and internal instructions; • Ability to analyze information and make decisions within your area of responsibility; • Readiness to handle a large volume of inquiries;
Will be a plus 👍: Experience in technical support; Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar systems; Experience in iGaming;
