We are looking for junior and experienced Data Analysts / Data Scientists to join our team for projects in the area of Bank model auditing.

Responsibilities
- Participation in audit projects and sprints for Sber's retail business line
- Identifying problems in automated business algorithms and developed banking ML models
- Preparing recommendations for improving the bank's processes.
Requirements
- Higher education (technical/physics and mathematics/IT technologies/economics);
- Skills in summarizing and analyzing large volumes of data;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of MS SQL (join, group by, window, filter queries to data) and Python (numpy, scipy, pandas) will be an advantage;
- Personal qualities: communication skills, goal-oriented, readiness for learning and self-improvement;
- Knowledge in the field of Banking products and business processes will be an advantage;
- Willingness to dedicate 40 hours per week to work (in the office)
