🚀 We’re hiring an L1 Support Specialist

📅 Schedule: rotating 2/2 (09:00-21:00 / 21:00-09:00), two weeks of day shifts and two weeks of night shifts

📍 Office/hybrid/remote; Minsk, UTC+3

💼 Candidate requirements:

• Fluent Russian.
• Client-orientation and empathy.
• Ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of information.
• Knowledge of hosting basics, internet technologies.
• Knowledge of VPS/VDS and VPN principles.
• Understanding of data transmission network models, basic network operations (basic understanding is sufficient, we will train you on everything else within the company).
• English language B2.

🌟 Will be a plus:

• Support experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Zendesk).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.

🚀 Main tasks:

• L1 technical customer support.
• Processing customer requests via CRM (Tickets + chat).
• Working with the knowledge base (filling, updating).

The company provides a training system.
