๐น What you will do:
- analyze BRD/FRD and other client materials, identify gaps, contradictions, dependencies, and edge cases;
- transform business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- describe workflows, business rules, roles, validations, exceptions, and expected system behavior;
- participate in Discovery and solution discussions with the architect, Tech Lead, and QA;
- formulate questions for the client, participate in meetings, and document agreed-upon solutions;
- prepare and maintain technical specifications and documentation for development and testing;
- maintain a requirements register and traceability: requirement โ epic โ user story โ specification;
- describe integrations and APIs at a level necessary for development.
๐ What is important:
- experience working on the vendor / integrator side;
- ability to work with incomplete and ambiguous requirements;
- strong skills in writing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- understanding of BPMN / UML;
- understanding of APIs, integrations, data, roles, and basic architectural concepts;
- experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools.
โ Experience with ERP/TOS, logistics, industrial systems, or regulated industries will be an advantage.
