Self company is looking for a Business Process Analyst for the corporate internet bank, with the ability to write API specifications.

What you will do: – describe specific user scenarios, such as electronic digital signature in the corporate bank, – processes for the accounting section for legal entities, – payroll projects, – acquiring and other scenarios for services for legal entities available in the internet bank.

We expect:

• work experience from 2 years;
• experience in collecting, formalizing, and agreeing on customer requirements;
• experience interacting with business and IT departments of various levels;
• experience in developing regulations, methodological, and project documents;
• experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology, knowledge of relevant rituals;
• ability to explain complex things in simple language;
• ability to form a structured document from chaotic text;
• ability to describe tasks in the form of User Stories, Use Cases;
• proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
• proficiency in AI tools to increase personal labor productivity;
• understanding of software microservice architecture;
• understanding of client-server interaction methods and integrations;
• understanding of the software development process.

Will be an advantage:

• excellent communication skills and proactivity - a large amount of communication is expected both within the team and with the client;
• good level of English (from B2).

salary: 150-200k
