In connection with the opening of the Historical Stage, the planned opening of the Main Stage after reconstruction, and the expansion of work directions, we are looking for a PPC specialist-targeting specialist to strengthen the marketing and promotion department team.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct:

• creation and optimization of search and RSYA campaigns for different performances and formats (premieres, tours, thematic productions, etc.);
• working with semantics: collecting and clustering queries, negative keywords, adjustments by geography, devices, time of day, etc.;
• creating materials for advertising creatives (texts, photos, videos, GIF, etc.) in collaboration with other department employees;
• setting up UTM tags, integration with analytics systems (Yandex Metrica) and CRM/ticketing system;
• traffic quality control, reducing the share of non-targeted clicks, working with CTR and conversions.

Targeted advertising on social networks:

• launching and optimizing campaigns in VKontakte and other relevant platforms;
• audience segmentation: interests (theater, culture, art), geo-targeting, retargeting website visitors, past season viewers, community subscribers, etc.;
• testing creatives (texts, banners, videos), formats (carousels, lead forms), landing pages;
• managing reach and engagement, analyzing effectiveness by key metrics.

Analytics and Reporting:

• regular monitoring of campaign performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CR, advertising cost ratio, etc.;
• preparing reports for the theater management: dynamics of indicators, comparison of periods, conclusions and recommendations;
• A/B testing hypotheses for creatives, audiences, landing pages.

Coordination and Interaction:

• interaction with the theater's content team/marketers for joint creation of materials (texts, photos, videos, ticket links, etc.);
• approval of the media plan and budget, control of limits;
• participation in the formation of the seasonal advertising strategy (September – May) and special projects (festivals, anniversaries, collaborations);
• interaction with external contractors (advertising agencies, designers), development and implementation of contracts and agreements for advertising products or services;
• ensuring effective communication with employees of the department and other departments to fulfill organizational tasks.

You are our ideal candidate if

1. You have a higher education in marketing, public relations, advertising, management, or related fields.

2. You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and advertising.

3. You have in-depth knowledge of modern digital marketing tools, including analytics and process automation tools.

4. You possess the skill of preparing presentation materials, commercial proposals, and documents.

Will be a plus: willingness to demonstrate success in promoting various products, having implemented projects and ideas, as well as experience in culture and theater.

Interview stages: 1) resume review, 2) interview with the head of the theater's marketing and promotion department, 3) test assignment, 4) interview with the head of the development and project activities service and (or) the deputy artistic director.
