⚡️ Requirements: — 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional development teams — Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects (LLM/RAG/agents or classic ML/DS) — Technical literacy for communication with developers and data engineers — Experience organizing the full development cycle: backlog, timelines, and risks — Skills in facilitating team meetings (Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives)

🔻 You: — Able to make independent decisions and meet deadlines — Capable of decomposing tasks in conditions of uncertainty — Plus: engineering background (development, data engineering, system design) — Plus: knowledge of SQL, experience with LLMs, and experience in iGaming

🔻 Your Responsibilities: — Managing the full development cycle for the analytics and data engineering team — Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal stakeholders — Managing timelines, risks, and removing blockers — Optimizing processes and monitoring team motivation — Assisting managers in performance management and goal setting
